Fulfillment

Assuming you have your card filled up, now it’s time to get them out! Fortunately this is dead-easy. You simply have them printed and delivered to you, address them, and stamp them.

Because your quantity should only be 250, it’s very easy.

Printing

You can use any printer you wish, local or online, but online is generally much cheaper and better quality. You don’t have to, but I strongly recommend using my printing services at Printing4Supercheap.com or Elite Member Pricing. I should have the best prices you can find, I’ll get them to you quick, and the quality is amazing at super glossy 14pt full color cardstock.

Addressing

The fastest way to address these is to print them using avery labels. I believe they’re Avery 5160 easy-peels. You load your list of new movers into MS Word or Google Sheets using “mail merge” and it’ll print them all out for you to easily pop the labels onto the card.

Alternatively, you can hand-write the addresses if you want that personal touch.

Postage

A regular first-class stamp (currently 55 cents in 2020) and you’re good to go! Pop ’em in a mailbox or bring them to the post office.

ADVANCED OPTION: THE USPS SMALL BUSINESS INTELLIGENT MAIL TOOL
