Google will send you business simply since you’ve filled out your listing in entirety and keep it up to date. You’d be surprised at how many businesses aren’t properly filling everything out and keeping it up, but those that do – will get rewarded with free customers.
I went 10 years without doing anything with mine! And as soon as I filled it out and started getting reviews, business exploded locally simply from me showing up on search results. If your profile isn’t setup or optimized, you’re missing out.
