Wow it’s February and it’s about 60 degrees here in Upstate NY, which is basically t-shirt weather.
The good thing is that everyone’s moods are positive and we’ve been making some great progress selling more marketing business for the upcoming spring season, I hope you’re doing the same.

But that’s not the point of this episode, the topic today is about a very critical mistake I see a lot of marketers make when talking about their business. This very minor-seeming word can sour the relationship right away and cause a lot of mayhem that you won’t even expect until it’s too late.
I bet you never thought about how terrible this word could be, but you will now.
The good news is … it’s easy to fix.
